1. Validity of Terms

These terms and conditions apply to purchases made through the online store operated by Henessy Equestrian OÜ (registry code 17107765, address Kreegipuu pst 5, Maardu, 74117, email: [email protected]) at www.henessy.ee.

The terms apply to all customers—both individuals and businesses—who create an account and place an order in the online store.


2. Products and Prices

The e-store offers:

  • Equestrian clothing

  • Horse equipment and accessories

  • Gift cards

All prices are in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Shipping fees are added to the total price during checkout based on the selected delivery method.


3. Order Placement and Payment

To place an order, the user must create an account. Payments can be made using the following methods:

  • Estonian bank links (Maksekeskus payment solution)

  • Credit and debit card

  • Invoice

  • Cash (if applicable – e.g., upon pickup)

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Maksekeskus AS acts as an authorized processor of personal data and ensures secure payment transactions.


4. Shipping Methods and Delivery

We ship orders using Omniva, Itella, and DPD. Orders placed before 21:00 on working days are dispatched the same day.

We deliver to the following countries:

  • Estonia

  • Latvia

  • Lithuania

  • Finland

The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.


5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Private customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected].

Return shipping is covered by the seller. The refund will be issued within 3 business days after the returned item has reached us.

The returned item must be unused, in original packaging, and undamaged.


6. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If the product is defective or does not match the order, please notify us immediately via email at [email protected].

Depending on the nature of the defect, we may offer:

  • A full return and refund

  • A partial refund


7. Customer Accounts

To place an order, customers must register an account. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping their login credentials secure.


8. Liability and Dispute Resolution

The company is not responsible for damages caused by the customer’s own actions (e.g., incorrect address, failure to follow instructions, etc.).

Disputes will be resolved by mutual agreement. If an agreement cannot be reached, the customer may:

  • Contact the Consumer Disputes Committee (https://komisjon.ee)

  • Turn to the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority

  • Or pursue legal action in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia

9. Data Processing

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy. When making payments, personal data is processed through Maksekeskus AS as an authorized data processor, ensuring the security and confidentiality of transactions.
